Thomas is the China Director for KWP (Konstruct West Partners) and has been located in China since 2000. Being based in China over the past years has given Thomas great insight into the local construction industry. Over the past decade he has successfully complete more than 100 exterior wall projects in China and throughout the world. With this experience, he has gained expert knowledge of China codes, materials, and understands strengths and shortcomings of local Material Manufacturers and Facade Contractors. As a Registered Architect in the USA, Thomas has 20 years of Architectural experience of which, the past 10 years have been dedicated to façade research and practice. His facade expertise includes; green building solutions, curtain wall, double skin facade, glass wall tension systems design, aluminum & stone cladding, and pre-cast design. He has international design and construction experience in USA, Europe, Asia, and The Middle East. |

Shawn H. Bruins, RIBA, LEED AP |

Shawn is a registered architect in the UK and a LEED AP with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. He has been in Hong Kong since 1994 and has played a major role in the development of Hong Kong Architecture and Facade Design. He has worked with several internationally renowned Design Architects in the UK and USA. Shawn studied Architecture at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Ryerson Polytechnic University where he developed extensive knowledge in Building Envelope Technology. Shawn has facade design experience from schematic/ detail design through to the construction completion stage on headquarter buildings, hotel, residential, commercial office and retail, and other large scale mixed use projects. He has worked on projects in the UK, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Australia and the Middle East. |

Alfonso is the KWP (Konstruct West Partners) Middle East Regional Director and is based in Dubai, UAE. Alfonso graduated from The University of Detroit,School of Architecture and Engineering at the top of his class. He worked as an Architect and Façade Consultant in the United Statesfor 15 years before joining KWP as the Middle East Director. He has international design and construction experience in USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and The Middle East. With this vast amount of working experience, Alfonso has developed an expert knowledge in the field of Façade Consulting and continues to develop innovative façade solutions for all projects he undertakes.He is multi-lingual and is a vital part of KWP’s International success story. His façade expertise includes; green building solutions, curtain wall, double skin facade, aluminum & stone cladding, and pre-cast design. |

Beverly Dolson, RIBA |

Beverly has over 16 years experience working in Hong Kong, Canada and the US. She obtained a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan, USA and a Bachelor in Architectural Science in Toronto.Beverly has worked on large façade projects in Asia. She has significant specialized experience in railway stations and mixed use commercial developments Her experience also includes facade design from the building spectrum of residential, hotels, large mixed-use developments to technology parks in Hong Kong, China and India. She has developed significant project management experience with varied project types. |

Fei Zhao |

Fei is the KWP (Konstruct West Partners) Associate, Design Director and is based in Beijing. He has over 10 years working experience in London, Dubai and China. Fei obtained a Master’s Degree in Housing and Urbanism from the Architectural Association in London and a Bachelor in Architecture in Chongqing. He has worked on large master plan, architectural and facade projects in China. Fei has significant specialized experience in ecological planning and technology from small to large scales throughout China. Fei has published a series of articles on "Eco-city and Green Building" which discusses green architectural practice in China. |
